Report from the May 24 meeting (ACWMA final decision and vote on the
final EIR): As a delaying tactic, the ACWMA staff has
requested and received a continuance of the final vote on the FEIR. A
9-7 vote of the Board members allowed the continuance until the
September 26 meeting. In the meantime we will continue to gather
factual information to refute the staff's flawed FEIR.
